We provide a comprehensive list of remote positions, which is intended to streamline your job search process. Our Service allows users to browse job listings and directs them to the original job posting on the respective third-party website for application purposes. We also offer an avenue for employers to advertise job vacancies by completing a specific form and submitting payment. Our platform does not offer user registration or login features. Additionally, users can opt to subscribe to our daily newsletter to stay abreast with the latest remote job opportunities. We aim to simplify your job hunt by providing a convenient, fast, and efficient service. It is important to note that Remote Avocado does not claim ownership nor does it assume liability for the authenticity or legitimacy of the job postings as these are imported from third-party sites. We act solely as a facilitator, linking potential employers and employees in a remote work setting.

3. User Content

We are not responsible for the content of the Service's users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.

You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
• Spam, machine - or randomly - generated, constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
• Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a third person.
• Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
• Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
• Violating the privacy of any third person.
• False information and features.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. We further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner any Content. We can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As we cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. You understand that by using the Service You may be exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.

Remote Avocado does not claim ownership rights over the job postings that are aggregated from third-party sites. These job postings remain the intellectual property of the respective third-party sites or the entities that have provided the job postings to these third-party sites. By submitting User Content on the Site, you agree to give us worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Remote Avocado's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. All User Content uploaded are copyright © their respective owners. We are not responsible for any violations of copyright or other intellectual property rights related to content that we have obtained from third-party sites. 5. Payment and Refunds

All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards, or online payment methods (PayPal, for example). Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. You shall provide Remote Avocado with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of job postings.

6. Taxes

You take full responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with the Service, including any sales tax related to any purchase or sale of services or goods under the Terms. When purchasing or selling services or goods under the Terms, it is your responsibility to determine whether or not sales taxes apply to a transaction and to collect, report, and remit the correct amounts to the appropriate authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Remote Avocado, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Warranty

Remote Avocado does its utmost to ensure that the Service is provided without any problems or defects. In the event of any problems or defects, we strive to resolve those issues as soon as possible. However, we do not make any promises or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of the content or the Service.
